Birdcomb Returns Policy

At Birdcomb, we take great pride in the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, please read our Returns Policy carefully before making a return.

1. Returns Eligibility
We accept returns of Birdcomb products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted for return or refund.

2. Returning a Product
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at hello@birdcomb.com to request a return authorisation and further instructions.

Please note:
Birdcomb does not cover return postage costs. Customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges for returning any item.


We recommend using a tracked and insured postal service, as Birdcomb cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost or damaged in transit.
Returns must be sent to the address provided once your return request has been approved.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your Birdcomb product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at hello@birdcomb.com with photos of the damage and your order details.
Do not return the item before contacting us. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate, at no cost to you.

4. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 days of Birdcomb receiving the returned product.

Please note:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may take several days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchanges
We currently only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the same product, please email us first at hello@birdcomb.com.

6. Exceptions
We cannot accept returns on:

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Important Notice
This Returns Policy complies with applicable UK consumer protection regulations, including the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
