This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to all purchases made through Birdcomb, a trading name of Born 91 Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Fulfilment

  • All Birdcomb products are custom laser-cut to order. Please allow for manufacturing time before dispatch. If you need an order by a certain time please contact our team. All orders aim to be processed and delivered within a week.
  • Orders will only be processed on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking details via email.

Shipping Times & Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
  • Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen.
  • Birdcomb is not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

International Shipping

  • We ship globally. However, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
  • We recommend checking with local authorities regarding import regulations before placing an order.

Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. Birdcomb is not liable for lost or delayed orders due to incorrect addresses.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Refunds Policy

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting hello@birdcomb.com. Please provide a detailed description and photographic evidence of the issue.
  • Customers are responsible for returning the faulty or damaged product at their own expense. We do not cover return shipping costs.
  • Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, Birdcomb reserves the right to either:

Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Birdcomb reserves the right to decline refunds for returned items that do not meet our return conditions.
